Full Stack AI Developer
Reports to: Aryan Agarwal, Chief Innovation Officer — VCVX Ventures
About the Role
VCVX Ventures is hiring a Full Stack AI Developer to support the maintenance and innovative growth of our platform portfolio — including EZScope3, WaitFly, HQ360, VCVault, and EZFAR. You will work closely with Aryan Agarwal, Chief Innovation Officer, to architect, build, and ship production-grade, AI-native products that solve real problems across healthcare, real estate, operations, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build full-stack features across multiple live and in-development platforms
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, vector databases, and RAG pipelines into products
- Develop and maintain backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data infrastructure
- Build polished, performant frontends that meet the VCVX brand and UX standard
- Collaborate on technical architecture decisions and platform scalability strategy
- Conduct code reviews, write tests, and uphold production-ready engineering standards
- Prototype rapidly to validate new platform ideas and features
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-stack development in production environments
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one major framework (React, Next.js, FastAPI, Django, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, AI integration, vector databases, and/or RAG architectures
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices
- Prior experience building or scaling SaaS products
- Strong bias toward clean, maintainable code and clear documentation
- Self-directed, curious, and excited to build at the frontier of what's possible
