Chief of Staff — to the CEO
Reports to: Rakhi Agarwal, Founder & Chief Executive Officer — VCVX INC
About the Role
VCVX INC is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to sit at the center of the CEO office and work directly alongside Rakhi Agarwal, Founder & CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-moving, multi-pillar environments and who can translate executive vision into organized, executable action across VCVX Health, Ventures, Impact, Connect, and Creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and protect the CEO\'s schedule, communications, and strategic priorities
- Prepare board materials, investor briefings, and executive communications
- Lead cross-pillar special projects on behalf of the CEO
- Drive OKR tracking, operational rhythms, and accountability across teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and edit executive correspondence, memos, and presentations
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in strategy, consulting, venture capital, or senior operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with calm urgency
- US-based with flexibility for hybrid engagement when required
- Genuine interest in technology, AI, and multi-sector innovation
